The room rental is not included, the price depends on the size of your group and the date.

With this package, your guests are fully catered for during the entire meeting. From arrival to departure, all (non-alcoholic) drinks are included, and fruit, sweets and healthier snacks are available in our foyer during the meeting.

If your meeting is in the morning, we will provide luxurious sweets upon arrival and conclude with an extensive lunch including luxurious sandwiches, a fresh soup of the day and a warm treat.

If you have reserved an afternoon meeting, we will start with lunch and conclude with a hearty snack.
