Our contemporary bistoria is located in a modern conservatory, near the forest and overlooking the green environment. The name was created by merging Bistro and Trattoria. We serve international dishes here in an informal atmosphere, from our open kitchen. The dishes have influences from the French, Italian, Caribbean, and Asian kitchen.
The place to wait for each other before dinner, to meet up with a business acquaintance or to catch up with friends or family. Our Salon Lounge with two classic fireplaces, comfortable seating, a small library, and a view over our garden is suitable for all occasions. From a delicious cup of coffee to a good glass of wine or a warming digestive.
It is possible to round off a day of meetings, or to celebrate a special moment within the family with a special dinner in a private room. We can reserve different locations for you concerning any event.
Enjoy a lovely, almost royally, afternoon with our Royal Tea. The luxurious and extensive variant of the well-known High-Tea. We serve these in our attractive conservatory or on the terrace when the weather allows us. If you are bringing a lot of people, it is of course also possible to serve our Royal Tea in an exclusively reserved space.
As soon as the weather permits it, our terrace will be open. Just for coffee, a delicious lunch or a cozy dinner.

About 20% of our menu consists of vegetarian dishes. Of course, we take different diets into account. With severe allergies, it is good to realize that traces can always be present in our kitchen. We would like to hear your specific wishes and demands as soon as possible.
Dogs are very welcome on our terrace, but not inside our Bistoria.
A special children's menu is available for children up to 12 years old. Don't forget our mystery grab bag at the end of your visit.
Our Bistoria is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible for the disabled. We have spacious toilets, but unfortunately, we do not have a toilet specially installed for the disabled.
The Bistoria is open for lunch from 12:00 to 4:00 PM or for dinner starting from 5:30 PM.
The kitchen closes at 9:30 PM.
Ample parking space is available around Kerckebosch Castle. There are no costs attached to this. Parking on site is at your own risk. There are two charging stations present in the parking area.
